CHIARA’S GREEN BEAN PESTO
INGREDIENTS
500g green beans Salt and pepper Olive oil 1 garlic clove Juice of 1 lime Handful of mint |
DIRECTIONS
-Wash and remove the sides of the green beans and then cook in boiling salted water for 10 minutes. Drain into a colander. – In a blender, combine drained green beans with lime juice, garlic, mint, pepper and olive oil. Blend until smooth and creamy.
